Come join us for the 18th Annual Greenwood Car Show on Saturday June 26, 2010. This year will be the most exciting Greenwood Car Show yet. Greenwood will be expanding from 67th to 90th, packed with perhaps up to a thousand cars this year and thousands of spectators. There will be many new exciting things at Greenwood this year. One of them will be a Vintage Hydroplane display put on by the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum, located in Kent, WA.

We will be opening earlier than usual for the car show: 9am - 6pm

The Seattle Animal Shelter is pleased to present the 11th Annual Furry 5K Fun Run and Walk! The race, which will take place in Seattle's Seward Park on Sunday, June 20th, 2010, raises money for the Help the Animals Fund. Join the fun as thousands of people run and walk, with their friends, families, kids and of course their dogs, in order to raise money for injured and abused orphaned animals.

Expressionist artist Ken Bailey creates a new take on advertising posters with contemporary influences. A native of Utah, Bailey now calls Seattle home. Using strong lines, bold forms, and vivid colors, Bailey's food and animal subjects share equal time in his whimsical, vintage-style paintings. Bailey is represented in galleries throughout the U.S. including his own gallery, and in Tokyo.

The Greenwood Car Show is the "granddaddy" of Seattle collector car shows hosting over 500 cars and 20,000 spectators on Greenwood Avenue in north Seattle. Founded by a small group of car guys who paved the way for more and more car enthusiasts to spend a wonderful Saturday enjoying their passion and hobby, the Greenwood Car Show has grown to be a community wide event for families and car enthusiasts from as far away as Spokane, Oregon and British Columbia.
